well, its actually the documentary of Michael Jackson's rehearsal for his planned FINAL CURTAIN CALL (concert) in London, which was cancelled due to his death in the 25th of June :(

My name is Cindy Marshall, a student of Grade 10A (Int'l Section). I am writing this letter to tell that I need another Aerobics session, just like the one we had on 17th of September (which is my fifteenth birthday). Well, I'm sure all of the students in our school need one more session.

I can analyze that the students are growing horizontally. By means, they are getting obese/overweighted. Including myself. As a teenager, being fat is a curse. Our ability to control ourselves towards foods is just...difficult. We cant handle good and oily and fatty foods. They're so so good and tempting.

Apparently, I can also analyze from the behavior of the students (especially grade 7,8,9) are so-not cooperative in doing the aerobics thingy.
i know they're almost grown ups. especially for girls, they tend to feel embarrassed (thou i have no idea why. cuz i went thru the days too) to shake their bodies. and they have this annoying manner of
1."ahhh i dont wanna shake my body, i dont wanna mess my hair-done!!" or
2."if i shake my body i'll get sweatyyy thus ill get zits NOOOO!!"
and just fyi (to the girls), that kind of reasons are LAME.
you guys wanna be like supermodels right?with curvy bods?
u gotta WORK! believe me, they do work.

um yes, back to the topic. so when will be the next aerobic?
you can torture me as much as u like. im so piggyish .__.
with chubby cheeks and stuff.
and now, my late dinner snack is: CHOCOLATES.

i love today. better start being grateful now. it feels good to thank God for everything. feels so warm and comfy. awwhhh :D

today is a pretty funny day anyway(so far, its not done yet). so heres the story. my plan for today:
8 am: school starts
1 pm: school ends
1 pm-when ever: movies or maybe sanur edufair or maybe the japan festival thingy.

okay. note that school starts at 8am SHARP. i have geo,chem,english and maths extra class.
and guess what. i woke up at 8.17 AM hAHAHAHHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAA
my eyes are open. i winked at my blackberry. saw the clock. and it says "8.17 am"
and then, i jumped out of the bed.
I JUMPED. I REALLY JUMPED.
and my super silly reaction was "SHOOT IM LATE FOR TEST "
and i stood there in my room, and (btw mbak ani was there waking me up) i grumbled for around 10x saying "ARGHHHHH TEST LATE SHIT"
and then. i stood still. and say "OH IYA NO TEST FOR TODAY"
see how my brain is set by my super 'genius and cute and super-high-developed' school abt having test too much. okey. no more grumbling.sorry ;D

and i was like calming myself down.
i was like "okay. calm down. u can do shower and stuff for 10mins, easy..easy.."
so, shower done.

whats up w batik day? and why? so here's some explanation i got from a web:
United Nations Educational, Scientific and Cultural Organization has officially recognized batik as an Indonesian cultural treasure, Coordinating Minister for People’s Welfare Aburizal Bakrie said on Monday.

Indonesians have been asked to wear batik on Oct. 2, following UNESCO’s decision to add the traditional dyeing technique to its Intangible Cultural Heritage list.

The listing, which will give the age-old batik tradition some degree of protection under the UNESCO charter, will be made official at an event in Abu Dhabi, the United Arab Emirates, between Sep. 28 and
Oct. 2.

To acknowledge the listing, President Susilo Bambang Yudhoyono has asked all Indonesians to wear batik.

“Batik is regarded as a cultural icon with its own uniqueness. It contains symbols and a deep philosophy of the human life cycle — and it was submitted by Indonesia as a non-material element of cultural heritage,” Coordinating Minister for the People’s Welfare Aburizal Bakrie told a press conference at Bogor Presidential Palace on Monday.

“We’ve been told that batik has been recognized as an element of global cultural heritage produced by Indonesians. The President has called on all Indonesians to wear batik on Oct. 2, to celebrate batik.”

Batik is a wax-resistant dyeing technique used on textiles. Due to modern advances in the textile industry, the term is also used for fabrics incorporating traditional batik patterns that are not necessarily produced using traditional batik techniques.

In the past, Indonesians, mostly adults, wear batik only at formal events. Nowadays it has become increasingly popular even among the younger generation with batik factories starting to manufacture more wearer-friendly and fashionable batik outfits.

Many office workers now wear batik on a daily basis, while local designers compete to produce more attractive designs.

While batik originated in Javanese courts, several other regions in Indonesia also have their own styles of batik. The fabric is also widely worn in countries such as Malaysia, Singapore and Thailand.

Aburizal explained that the jury team from UNESCO, before declaring batik an element of global cultural heritage, had inquired about the origins of Indonesian batik, on the government’s protection of it and to what extent batik was a part of local community life.

Meanwhile, Culture and Tourism Minister Jero Wacik said that in 2003, the UN body named wayang (Indonesia’s traditional shadow puppets) and keris (traditional wavy blades) as elements of non-material cultural heritage.

“And now we are submitting angklung (traditional musical instrument made of bamboo) as an element of global cultural heritage from Indonesia,” Jero said.

“We will keep fighting for our heritage one tradition at a time.”
